Tea rinse for improving hair colour with natural highlights and lowlights

Today I want to share natural ways to improve your hair colour. But the best part about it. It is perfectly safe with no harmful side effects. Also it is inexpensive. It is done in the comfort of your own home.

You may think that tea is just a delicious drink or healthy for your body. But today I am showing you how it can improve hair colour.  Even add highlights or lowlights.

Use black tea for brown hair and adding a few lowlights too.

Start by boiling water. Leave 5 tea bags to steep for about 5 minutes. Leave it to cool down completely. This must be used on hair that is just washed. Pour over your hair. Making sure that all your hair is properly wet from the tea mixture you made. Cover your hair with a shower cap. Leave this on for an hour at most. Then you can rinse or wash your hair again if you want too.

Use chamomile tea for blond hair and highlights too

You can use tea bags or leaves. Use 3 to 5 teabags or the equivalent amount of tea leaves.Which ever you prefer. Leave it to col down completely after straining.  As with the previous method you must use this on hair that is freshly washed. Now you can pour the rinse on your hair. Use a towel and wrap your hair in it. Leave the rinse on for 10 minutes. Now you can remove the towel, allowing your hair to air dry. For best results you should spend time in the sun light, so with that in mind it is advised to do the rinse at a time you know you will be in sunlight.

Use rooibos tea for red hair.

Start off by brewing 3 to 5 rooibos tea bags. Or an equivalent amount of tea leaves. Leave it to cool down completely. Pour the rinse onto your hair that is freshly washed. Cover your hair with a shower cap or towel and leave it for 30 minutes. Afterwards you can rinse your hair. Style as desired.

These are all natural ways to just brighten your natural hair colour. It is safe to use. But please note that it may not be safe for towels. Do not use a towel that is a light colour to avoid staining from the rinse. Or use an old towel.

I hope this article helped you in a natural way to improve your own hair colour. If you have any comment you want to make. It will be appreciated. I hope this article helped you.

Talcum powder tied to cancer

Today I want to share something very serious

What if you use a product that can give you cancer? Would you continue using it? Well please allow me to explain

Talcum powder or better known as baby powder isnt good for women. It is very serious
I personally am very shocked at this fact. I used it and found an article that warned against the use of it. Then did research and found that even cancer sites warned against the use of it

Why does it do that? Talcum powder contains asbestos. Asbestos is can cancer causing.
Just by even breathing the talc you can get lung cancer. Because you breath in the asbestos too.

What type of cancer does it cause then for women? Ovarian cancer. Or as others would say. Cancer of  the ovaries

Ever heard of the International Agency for Research on Cancer  or short name (IARC) It is part of the World Health Organization (WHO). Their biggest goal is to identify the causes of cancer.

In their report this is what they had to say

"IARC classifies talc that contains asbestos as “carcinogenic to humans.”
perineal (genital) use of talc-based body powder as “possibly carcinogenic to humans.”

As seen here it means that it has a risk for causing cancer in women. Because asbestos is one of it's ingredients. So if you are using it. Do you still feel safe? I stopped. I wont touch it again.

One woman even took a famous brand company to court for the use of asbestos in their talc. Only after discovering their use of asbestos and the result? She has cancer.  She won. But her health is affected. So please reconsider the use of it. Many companies say their talc is asbestos free. But they have to be able to prove it.

If you want to buy talc. It is best to make sure you use talc that is asbestos free. That is the only way to make sure you and your loved ones are safe. But as for me.
I say no thanks. I will pass on that chance.

If you know of anyone that uses it. Please warn them. It can make a difference in their lives. Feel free to share so others also know about the serious health risk it poses.
