Witch hazel and rosewater facial toner

If you want a DIY toner for your face then you can consider this.

It is best used for normal skin as it gives a tight feeling to your skin. While at the same time helping to restore as well as balance ph levels. 

Ingredients

4 tablespoons lemon juice

4 tablespoons with hazel

4 tablespoons rosewater

3 drops lavender essential oil

Method

Pour all ingredients into a clean bottle

Shake well  before using the toner

Apply with cotton ball after you cleansed your face
