Handful of fresh parsley
1 lemon
Half cup of water

Take a handful of parsley and put in a blender.
Squeeze out the juice from the lemon and add it to the parsley that is already in the blender.
Now add the water
Mix everything in the blender making sure everything is smooth
Drink this every morning on an empty stomach
You can do this for 3 to 5 days.

Please note
If you haven't reached your desired weight. Please take a ten day break before starting with this drink again for another 5 days. Continue this cycle till you reach your goal weight
