Kombucha. The healthy drink that has been around for 2000 years. And here is why.

Yesterday I was told about Kombucha. Kombucha is a sugary sweet tea and yeast that is fermented. A specific type of yeast! And is said to be good for a variety of illnesses. And ailments. You can make your own or you can buy it. The choice is yours. 

Some of the people that use it claim that it helps to boost your immune system, helps your body to get rid of toxins, also others say it can prevent cancer, heart disease and high blood pressure. It is also ideal to use if you want to lose weight. It can even increase your energy levels. But we will continue this part later on in this article.


Scientific viewpoint
From a scientific point of view. There is no proof that it actually does any of the healthy things mentioned earlier. However no one can deny it is ideal for gut health. So if you do have any of the conditions I named earlier. You will still have to consider a healthy lifestyle change. And not just rely on Kombucha to fix any situation. 
Health benefits that is real
As as it is filled with probiotics, has loads of vitamin b contains caffeine and limited amount of sugar. It can be accepted that it does have wonderful benefits to consider. 

If you want to make Kombucha at home. Take note

But if you consider making your own Kombucha you must know hygiene is extremely important. Your bottle or bottles must be clean. Your hands should be clean. The advice from the FDA is. Make sure everything is sanitary. That means any equipment used to make Kombucha and your hands too. Also mentioned by the FDA. Only then will it be safe to make your own Kombucha. Use glass, stainless steel or plastic containers for your home made Kombucha. Personally I think glass would be best. But that is my personal opinion. 

The important part you also have to know. 
There was at least one fatality from the use of Kombucha. Misusing it can cause liver issues, nausea, lactic acidosis (caused by too much lactic acid) and even allergic reactions. So if you consider making this. Then keeping everything sanitary clean is extremely important as you can see. Drinking this mixture 3 times a day is considered a safe amount. That means no more than 240 ml 3 times a day. No more!!

Beading is fun for many different reasons. 


One of them is making jewelry. That is what we will be discussing today. I confess that I love to make my own jewelry. I create what I like. To fit my taste style and personality. It can even be a very good business if that is what you want. 
In fact. I started doing this and when some relatives saw it. They started doing it too. I do it for myself. They do it as a business. It is personal preference.


Where to go for research?
So where would you go if you wanted to create jewelry. The answer is simple. The internet or if you prefer the library. Excellent too. But I prefer the internet. Because of the huge variety available. Different ways, methods and styles. If you have never done this. I can think of the perfect place to research this interesting topic. With step by step instructions. in fact. You will be guided step by step. Do you have any idea what I am talking about?

The answer is simple. Youtube. Just type beading for beginners. You will be stunned at how popular beading is. And the different ideas and designs. 


Supplies
The other thing you have to consider is the supplies. So feel free to do research on what exactly you want to spend. It can be products that isn't expensive. Or if you want a more glamorous look. You will find the right items. If you looked on Youtube they always say what items is needed to make whatever item they are creating. 

Also good to check the Do's and the Don'ts. As with anything there is the right way of doing things. And off course the wrong way too.  With that said.

Highly nutritious conditioning hair mask made at home. Honey & Banana

To have beautiful shiny and strong hair. May be the dream of almost everyone. So if you feel it is time to give your hair some TLC. (Tender Loving Care). Then this feeding hair mask will be the perfect answer. And the best part of it. You can make this at home. 


Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Yogurt
1 Ripe Banana
3 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice

Method

Mash banana
Put banana  in blender
Add yogurt in blender.
Add 3 tablesppons honey in blender
Add tablespoon lemon juice
Blend all ingredients together
Apply mixture all over hair
Leave on for for at least a few minutes
Rinse hair with lukewarm water

This DIY hand and body cream is so nutritious for your skin. You will make it again and again.

The previous article I mentioned a wonderful facial cream that you will use again and again. It can even be used as a body cream. But now I want to share another hand and body cream. Especially if you suffer from dry skin. And even if you don't have dry skin. You will love this cream. Because it is highly nutritious for your skin. It also smells wonderful


Ingredients.
500 ml aqueous baby lotion
250 ml Vaseline
250 ml Vitamin E cream

Mixture
Whisk everything together to mix all ingredients well. 
It should look like icing when you are done mixing.
Pour into jars with a lid that can seal.

Use daily.
Morning and night.
Or as needed.

You can make this for yourself or as a gift for someone. The choice is yours. But be sure. They will come back to you for more. As you will also discover how great this hand and body cream is.

This was shared to me as a hush hush secret. But when I discovered how effective it is. I had to ask if I can share it with everyone. So thanks to the kindness of the lady I am able to share this home made cream with everyone. Why am I so excited to share this wonderful cream with everybody? Consider this. A lady 70 years old. With wrinkle free, great looking skin. Smiling as she told me this. And the best thing about this cream. It can become your favorite body cream too. Even the ideal hand cream.


Now you may wonder what is the catch? There is no catch. 

It is a simple and easy home made cream that works for a face cream, a body cream and even hand cream.



You will however need a few items. But the best thing is.You can make this as a gift for others and not spill the beans about what is in it. More important you can make this for yourself. Over and over again. Believe me. You will.

The ingredients. 
350 ml Johnson baby aqueous cream
1 spoonful olive oil
1 spoonful tissue oil
1 spoonful glycerin

Some add a spoonful of sweet almond oil and a spoonful of coconut oil too.

Method.
Mix everything in a jar with a lid. 
Apply on freshly cleansed face.
Use daily.
Morning and night.

Those who use it. Will tell you that not even the most expensive creams can compete with this facial cream. The best thing about this cream? You will make it again and again. 

Personally I have oily skin.This home made cream does not give me any skin problems from the products added. So that is a great plus to consider.

Today I want to talk to the ladies about a facial mask that is anti-aging. But also highly effective against the fight against wrinkles. It fills wrinkles. Tried tested and approved. Even for those struggling with blackheads. You will be happy that you tried this face mask. 


Now if you combine that with a home made face and body cream. You will wonder why you ever considered buying store bought face cream. And as the cream can be used for a body lotion you will be happy and amazed. But that article isn't what we will check out now.

Lets talk about collagen for a moment. Even famous brands tells you collagen is vital for your skin. So don't be surprised that this is a collagen facial mask. Combine that with a few other things and you will wonder how you ever got along without it. Gelatin is a source that is filled with collagen. So it will be one of the ingredients. 


Arthritis
Incidentally. Many people who deal with joint pains and arthritis will tell you they add a spoonful of gelatin to their morning coffee. Not sure how it tastes but they say it gives effective relief. But too much can be hazardous for health. So in limited quantities it is excellent for arthritis. So consider the gelatin desserts as part of your lifestyle. This home made face mask contains 
2 tablespoons gelatin. 
Just enough hot water to dissolve the gelatin.
1 teaspoon honey. I prefer using raw honey.
Teaspoon olive oil.
And last but not least 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

Mixing
Start by adding the gelatin in your container. 
Add the hot water. Small amount!! 
Stir to dissolve the gelatin. 
Add all other ingredients. The honey, olive oil and the lemon juice. 
Now mix everything together. 

Please note
Please do not apply if it the mixture is hot. The idea is the collagen mixture should be melted for application. Luke warm will be fine and more important. SAFE. 
As you can do this every day or two three times a week. 
Choice is yours. 

Method
Place bottle in hot water if the gelatin mixture needs to melt again. Apply on freshly cleansed face. Leave to dry completely. Peel off the face mask once it is dry. Or rinse it off. The choice is yours. But for blackheads the best option is peeling it off. Apply your favorite moisturizer. 

Or you can consider this wonderful moisturizer that I mentioned earlier. The moisturizer will be mentioned in the next article. Everyone who use it. Swears by the effectiveness of it. Quick efficient ways to relieve headaches.

Imagine for a moment. It is the middle of the night. You have a numbing painful headache that feels like it is getting worse with every passing second. You look in your medicine cabinet. And oh no. Nothing. You feel like that headache is still getting worse. And you know you can not cope. Thinking that in the morning you can get something for that headache. Nope. Not an option. You need relief now. Have you ever experienced this? Yes I have. So with that in mind. I share effective ways to help relieve that headache. 



Acupressure points.
All these images shows you pressure points that can help to relieve your headache. Now do not be surprised that it works. Remember that your whole body is connected as one whole organ. Certain places, or as some would call it. Pressure points in your body helps to alleviate headache. What this means for you is. You have to hold any of these pressure points firmly (shown in image). But not hard that it is painful on the specific pressure points. Just firm enough to help relieve your headache. Massaging gently. It can be from one minute to five minutes. Depending on the severity of the headache.

Water.
If you are dehydrated. Your body tells you that something is wrong by causing headache. So you need to make sure that you are hydrated. So drink water. Or if you do not like water. Eat foods that is rich in water. 

Sleep.
How much time is needed for a proper night's rest? If you do not get enough sleep. This can also be a reason for suffering from headache. But that does not mean you should sleep more than 9 hours. As it is also known to cause headaches if you sleep for too long. Remember 7 to 9 hours is enough.

Cold compress
Using a cold compress can help with a headache because it helps to decrease inflammation. It also slows nerve conduction and tighten blood vessels. What you need to do. Take a bag that is waterproof. Fill it with ice. Wrap towel around it. Place it on either neck temples or head. Depending on where the pain is. Effective pain relief. This also works well for sprains and pains on the knee leg or other places.    

Coffee
Coffee lovers will love this home remedy. Because coffee can also help to relieve headaches. Why? you may wonder. Coffee tightens blood vessels too. Making it highly effective to be considered a home remedy for headache. And you never knew this would be a favorite. With or without headaches. But at the same time. Too much coffee can also cause headaches. So it is important to be balanced with your coffee intake. 

Stay active.
By staying active you can reduce headaches. At the same time you will get headache relief just by staying active. Scientific studies showed that people who made use of indoor cycling 3 times a week was more relaxed and at the same time had less headaches than their counterparts who was inactive. If you are not  a very active person. Your risk for headaches increase significantly. It can be as simple as walking more. Increase the amount of steps you take daily. It does not have to be specific forms of activity. 

Hot water bottle
If you suffer from a tension headache. This is known to cause stiff shoulders. Increasing pain from shoulders to neck to headache in its full forms.And cause extremely painful headaches.You can use a warm water bottle filled with warm water. Place it on your shoulders to neck to help relieve this type of headache.

I am the type of person that believes that sound frequencies has the ability to either heal or calm our moods. Whether it was a busy day or just a trying time. The truth is we should consider taking time to just listen to soothing sounds. Sound has the ability to alleviate your mood and the end result is you calm and happy. Maybe peaceful and tranquil too.

Now let us think about the beneficial side of sound. Or more accurately frequencies. Think of Tibetan singing bowl sounds, tuning forks or even drums that is played. Or think of rain on the roof associated with thunder in the distance. A forest with birds chirping. Combine that with the sounds of stream close by. Or if you like the ocean add the waves crashing on the shore. What comes to mind? Healing calm and peaceful sounds and frequencies. Avocado and banana foot mask. Ideal for dry cracked feet and heels

Avocado and banana foot mask

Half of an avocado
1 banana ripe

Method
Make sure to blend the ingredients nicely. Making sure that it is a nice creamy mixture. Apply the mixture all over your feet and make sure to remember your heels too. Covering your feet properly. Leave it on for 15 minutes or if you prefer you can leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash your feet after the time passed with warm water. Just nice lukewarm water. Never hot water! You can do this daily if you prefer. The result will be well nourished skin. Skin that is soft and heels that will be very soft.

Why does this home remedy work?
Avocados are well known to be great for dry skin so its not surprising that it can be used for a foot pampering session. As it also contains numerous vitamins essential oils and good fats. It is a real treat for your skin.

Rice water. Simple yet highly effective home remedy for healthy fast growing hair.

If you want to grow your hair faster. Or you have problems with hair that need extra nourishment. Or worse you deal with hair loss and hair falling out. Consider this safe home remedy. The result will be hair that looks beautiful and full of shine. Once you start you will share this home remedy with others. But most. You will add it to your beauty routine. Try this and see for yourself. All you need is two ingredients. And about 24 hours. I am sharing two methods.




  • Method 1

Take a bottle. Add 2 table spoons rice. Fill bottle with water. Leave the water with the rice added for at least 24 hours. You can leave the rice water for up to 48 hours. Now rinse your hair with the rice water mixture. Leave it on your hair for 20 minutes.


2 Table spoons rice
Water (preferably lukewarm)

  • Method 2

Or there is another way. The water that you usually drain when cooking rice. Just pour that water into a container. Leave it to cool. Rinse your hair with the mixture. Leave the rice water on your hair for 20 minutes. Now rinse off.

The nutrients will leave your hair soft yet stronger and even help it grow faster. You can do this daily or if you prefer once every two days. Off course the more you do it. The more your hair will improve. So it can be done once daily. Every other day or once a week. it is your personal choice.

Why cut out sugar and what to expect. Help with the withdrawals and cravings.

I have been asked what helps for sugar cravings. Especially if you cut sugar completely out of your diet. So today I answer this very good and important question. As most who cut sugar out will admit. After two day or longer. It becomes very difficult. Your body craves that sugar and you find yourself either using sugar again. Or you struggle not knowing what to do. 


Daily amount
Understand that sugar by itself isn't bad. But the truth is there is a limit to the amount of sugar you can consume daily. A limit that very few agree too. The daily limit is 9 teaspoons for men (37.5g) while womens daily limit is 6 teaspoons (25g). Any amount added is too much and this is the real issue. Most consume much more than this amount. For diabetics with type 2 diabetes off course this is not good at all. So please it is not applicable.

Why is it important to be mindful of the amount of sugar you add to your daily diet?

Guidelines to lose weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. This will change your life.

So many keep asking what can be done to lose weight. So today I want to answer it simple and fast.
Truth is what you eat affects your weight. There is the simple rules of consider what you eat. Or what you drink. There is a few simple simple guidelines you can follow. Do you consider yourself a person that is mildly active or not active at all? Why do you want to lose weight? All this will be discussed


Why is it so important to be mindful of your weight?
Not only do you put your internal organs under more pressure. Caused by the fat layers. But you also can develop chronic illnesses such as diabetes. Heart health should be a top priority for all of us. And many more other reasons. So many who lost weight will tell you they discovered they have so much more energy. Why? Because if you think of it right now. If you are overweight. Does that not mean you lose energy that could be used on something different. If you feel tired all the time. There you have the reason if you are overweight. 

Portion control
Rules such as considering portion control. Smaller portions 4 to 5 times a day. This way your body gets all the needed nutrients that is needed. While at the same time you don't feel hungry and overeat.

Sugar and fat
Then there is a the golden rule. No to sugary drinks or foods. Did you see the amount of sugar used in soda cool drinks? Switch to the low or no sugar versions. I was stunned when I made that comparison. No to fatty foods. Fried foods is taboo. Not only is that unhealthy if you eat too much fat. But also it will affect your heart health. Now do not think it means you should cut all fat out. Your body does need fat. But small amounts and mostly the good fats. 

Don't skip meals
Do not eat only one time a day thinking you will lose weight. You will immediately put your body in survival mode to protect you. That is the way we are created. Though food will be less it will much easier be stored as fat. Do not skip breakfast under any circumstances. As it is the most important meal of the day. You just woke up and your body needs fuel to be prepared for the day ahead.

Starchy foods
Though it is good for you to eat starchy foods. You have to limit the amount of starch you add to your diet. It is one of the big culprits to weight gain. Only one portion is advisable.

Fruits and vegetables
Remember eating fruits and vegetables. It is vital for health and if you read my post about the Daniel diet. You will see the guidelines is simple. Unlimited amount of fruits and vegetables. With a few extra guidelines. Many who tried this lifestyle decided to stay with it. Sugar within its limits is good for you. But the truth is. Most products already have sugar in them. So from your own personal view limit your intake of the amount you use. I am not saying say no to a chocolate the next time you want to buy one. Limit the amount you eat. Instead of eating a whole slab of chocolate. Either share or save some for later.

Exercise
Exercise is vital for weight loss. Whether it is through walking 20 minutes daily or other forms of exercise. But not only is it important for weight loss. It is good for overall health. Whether you realize it or not. Your body needs to be active. Your heart needs it. Your blood circulation and so many other reasons too. So don't think of exercising for only weight loss. Consider it a lifestyle change. You will be much healthier and discover you have even higher amounts of energy.

Water
I often mention it. Your body needs water. But see here is the real twist. Instead of cold water switch to warm water. Warm water helps to remove unwanted fat from the body where cold water will easily store it. But remember that drinking warm water on an empty stomach and before going to sleep makes a difference. Make this part of your daily routine. Do this every day and you will be pleasantly surprised. Add some lemon juice to the water after waking up and you just made yourself a detox drink. Or if you like me that don't like the taste add one teaspoon honey and half teaspoon cinnamon powder with small amount of lemon juice. 

Last words
But most. If you want to lose weight. It is your mission. Do this for yourself. Not for anyone else. It is because you want to be healthy and feel good. Don't do it because anyone tells you that you should. It will succeed once you make it your own personal goal. Remember there will be days where you fail. But tomorrow. It is the chance to start all over again. Be honest with yourself.  Don't do this because others make you feel like less. Do it because you want to live life fully. Do it for your own health. But remember. This should become a lifestyle change. Not just to lose weight. Otherwise it will start all over again once you feel you reached your goal weight.

Infused orange oil home remedy highly effective for inflammation and aching joints.

If you have any form of inflammation. Whether it is from arthritis. Or knee pain. Or any form of joint pain caused by inflammation. You know how painful it is. And you want to try almost anything to numb the pain. But today I want to share a safe yet easy and highly effective home remedy that works. Yes it actually works. And the best thing about this home remedy. You can do this yourself. You need only two ingredients. Sadly you also need 15 days. But you will understand why in a few moments. So you can make this mixture and save it for when it is needed.

Ingredients
Peel of one orange
Small amount of olive oil (about two to three tablespoons)
Jar with seal-able lid
Cotton wool

Directions

You need the orange peel for this remedy. So remove it. You can use the orange itself for any purpose. But this remedy requires only the orange peel.  Place the orange peels in the jar. Now pour the olive oil also in the jar. Seal it and leave it for 15 days. Do not open the jar before 15 days passed. Yes the oil has to be infused with orange peel. After 15 days take cotton wool and leave it in the jar. Making sure it absorbs the oil. So best to leave it for 5 minutes. Taking the cotton wool. Now apply on the inflamed and affected area. 

If you read my previous posts about olive oil. You would see it is a great and highly valued product to fight inflammation. By combining it with the orange peels. You make a highly potent home remedy that helps to relieve the pain caused by inflammation. But also treating the inflammation.

Interestingly enough. You can switch the orange peel with lemon peel. It works just as effective. So don't throw away those orange peels. Do this and save on inflammatory medication. This works just as effectively. And you never know when you may need it.

Remove warts fast with these home remedies.

Warts. It can be considered unsightly. Yet many are affected by it. Today I want to share a few effective remedies for treating warts. But first lets discuss what causes warts? It is a type of skin infection. It can be caused from a scratch or a cut. The virus known as HPV gets into that scratch or cut. Infiltrating the skin. The virus is known to be part of the HPV family. But also better known as papillomavirus. When this virus gets under the outer layer of the skin. It causes the skin cells to grow extremely fast on the outer layer of your skin. The result is a wart.


Wart magic
Next there is something you can get from the pharmacy that is known as wart magic. Highly effective. Or similar products. Depending on where you are from. Feel free to ask your pharmacist. But that is not a home remedy so lets see what home remedies we can use. 

Potato
Rubbing potato on the affected skin will help. Do this often and you will see it disappears. 

Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is another great home remedy that will get rid of the wart. As it affects the acidity of the wart. Just dip a cotton wool in the apple cider vinegar. Leave it on for a while. Do this daily. And you will see it falls off. 

Milk from the fig tree
The white juice from fig tree. Here is another one that works wonders for warts. All you have to do is squeeze the milk from a lead that you just picked on the wart. Also do this daily. But try to avoid the skin that is healthy. But make sure to cover the wart.

Nail polish
Here is one that may surprise you. Cover the wart with nail polish. Yes nail polish works wonders too. But why does it work? By covering the wart with nail polish. You make sure the wart does not get air or oxygen. Forcing it to fall off.  

Vitamin D

Effective home remedies for insomnia. You will be asleep in no time.

There are literally millions of people affected by insomnia. While for many it may be easy to fall asleep. Others watch the time pass struggling to get the sleep needed. Cumin 

Eating banana that is finely mashed with cumin seeds before bedtime is very effective to help treat insomnia. Or drink cumin tea if you prefer it. Boil water with only one teaspoon cumin seeds. Drink this before going to bed. to help you sleep. In fact cumin has proven to be highly beneficial to help treat fatigue. But at the same time it has sleep inducing abilities

Nutmeg

Because nutmeg is an excellent sedative you can consider adding only a few sprinkles of nutmeg into your already warm milk. Or if you prefer add it to warm water or juice. The preference is yours.

Saffron

All you need is two strands of the saffron. Add it to your warm milk just before you go to bed. Because saffron has sleep inducing abilities it is considered a safe natural cure for insomnia. It also helps to calm you, because it has the ability to calm nerves and senses. 

Chamomile 

Now I know many may already know about the wonderful benefits of chamomile tea. But as it is an effective sedative. It had to mentioned for insomnia. It has the ability to calm your nerves. Explains why so many believe in chamomile tea. All you have to do is drink the tea. Add a pinch of cinnamon if you prefer.

Milk

You had to think I would mention milk. As many of the varieties of home remedies for insomnia mentioned warm milk. It is suggested drinking warm milk with a pinch of cinnamon powder will improve your sleep. It increases the potency of a proper night's rest. So why not think of that the next time you struggle to sleep.

Lemon and Vaseline for cracked heels. Works fast

 If you are one of the millions suffering with dry cracked and even painful heels. This safe natural home remedy is just for you. It is fast and highly effective. In no time will your feet as attractive as you want. And your dry feet will be look amazing. 


First take note

It is best to do this each night before going to bed. As always I remind people that diabetics can not leave feet in water for long periods of time. But I trust most know that by now.

Ingredients

5 drops Lemon juice.
One teaspoon Vaseline 
Wool socks
And last need warm water (for soaking your feet)

Method

First soak your feet in warm water for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove feet from water and dry thoroughly. Now for the mixing of the mixture. Mix the Vaseline and lemon juice. Rub onto affected ares of skin. Where ever it is dry and/or cracked. Always put on wool socks afterwards. (One of the hidden secrets of this home remedy) Leave it overnight on feet. Next morning wash feet as always. Repeat this every night before bed. I hope you find this home remedy helpful.

Items needed to make this effective home treatment

2 bottles eucalyptus oil
2 bottles camphor oil
100 ml olive oil

Method

Mix everything together in a dark colored bottle. And leave the mixture for 3 to 4 days.
After 3 or 4 days. You can start using this mixture as needed.  As with most ointments. Rub till you get a warm sensation. 

So what does it work for?
Aching muscles, joints, back pain, shoulders, neck,  feet, legs, knees, and arthritis. 

So as you can see it works for a range of aches and pains. Try and see for yourself. Once you try this you will never consider another remedy as this one really works. So, from me to you. I recently was given a tip on a very unique and fast way to get rid of varicose veins. Yes ten days will make a major difference. Considering that varicose veins is caused by poor circulation and faulty valves. This home remedy may explain itself. As Epsom salts relaxes the body as well as the mind. It also improves circulation. It can remove varicose veins in ten days. 


After receiving feedback from a reader I did some research and voila. Yep this seems to work fast and efficiently. As I know many of the readers complained about how they feel about their legs. I think because this one works fast. It is a must for sharing. It makes a significant change with the appearance of varicose veins. Try and see for yourself. 


Method 1

Add two cups of Epsom salt to bath water. Do this twice a week. It will reduce the appearance of varicose veins. Also as an added bonus it relaxes body and mind. Do this twice a week. Lemon foot soak for dry feet

If you look down at your feet, what do you see? Feet that looks well looked after or feet that needs some TLC (tender loving care)? With this natural home remedy you will have no excuse for dry feet that may need some attention. You just need time an two ingredients. 


The ingredients

1 bowl warm water
The juice of 1 lemon
Do not forget the pumice stone that is needed for getting rid of dry skin

Method

All you need to do is add the juice of the lemon into a bowl that you can soak your feet in. Leave your feet to soak in the lemon water for 15 to 20 minutes. Now with a pumice stone gently scrub away the dry skin. Revealing fresh young skin. Do not forget to use your favorite moisturizer after you are done. 

Why lemon juice you may wonder? Because lemon juice gets rid of old dead skin cells while revealing new younger looking skin cells. I even use it in my honey mask. So try it and see for yourself.

Word of caution

As nice as this home remedy is. It is not ideal for diabetics. Please don't do this if you are diabetic. Soaking feet in water isn't good for diabetic feet. Take note please!

This a sweet way to pamper your feet with only two ingredients. Why not consider it. You will look down at your feet thinking now that looks cute.

Of course there is many other ways that is just as great and effective for dry skin. But this is cost effective as it requires only lemon juice and water. We will however share more natural home remedies for dry feet.
