Effective ways to fight the aging process

I also say embrace who you are. Being overly critical of who you are or how you look has no benefits. Think about it. If you are not comfortable in your own skin. Then who will? Remember that you live in your own skin. So learn to be comfortable with who you are. If it means making changes then do it. But don't do it for others. Do it for you. You deserve it. But commit to it and change your life as you want it to be.
