And why am I writing about it? 


The most important thing about it is natural healing. So with that in mind I want to discuss cupping. It may be new to you and me. But in many cultures it is already known for hundreds of years. So trendy that in fact famous people are doing it. So why are they doing it? 

The purpose of cupping is to help with inflammation pain blood flow and overall well being. Helps the body to detox. May help with weight loss and even creates a feeling of relaxation. And would be considered a type of a deep tissue massage. It can even be described as all over rejuvenation.

Usually the cups are made of glass silicone bamboo. There is dry cupping and wet cupping. The idea of cupping is a vacuum that is created and will leave your skin red and lifted. It is then left for 3 minutes on every place. Those who follow and believe in cupping will tell you that it is a very effective way to remove harmful toxins from your body. Also will tell you that this method helps to promote your body's own healing.

This is not a DIY method. 
It needs a trained health professional that knows what he or she is doing. Although it is fairly safe please seek the help of a professional. If this feels like the right method for you.
