Refreshing footbath

Today I am sharing another favorite from my personal collection. This time the focus is on tired feet. So with that in mind I am sharing a recipe that is excellent as a refreshing footbath. Best thing about this. You only need 4 ingredients. And it works. How great is that. Relaxing and taking a time out. But at the same time giving your feet a refreshed feeling. 


Ingredients

Handful mint leaves
5 twigs rosemary
200ml milk
10 drops peppermint oil

Method

Heat the milk and add the rosemary and peppermint leaves. Take the milk mixture of the heat just before it reaches boiling point. peppermint oil. Take a wash cloth and place it in this mixture. Wrap the washcloth with the mixture around feet. Leave it for 10 to 30 minutes. Afterwards apply your favorite moisturizer.

You may consider this lotion that is home made. Afterwards you will be amazed how good your feet feels. Consider it and see for yourself. 

Once you try this you will find that it will become a favorite. I love this and I am sure you will too.
