In today's stressful life it is not easy to have a positive outlook on the future. You may find yourself not focused and just coping. Living from day to day. But what if you can rediscover who you are. Your purpose and goals? Today I want to discuss yoga. Why people follow and practice it. What benefits it has and why it is good to consider yoga if you don't practice it.


Let's start with the basics. There is over 100 different types of yoga. Which means whether you exercise and follow a fitness routine. Or you do not follow it at all. You can find the type of yoga that fits your life style.

Most types of yoga has a few common traits such as breathing exercises, meditation and different postures while stretching different muscle groups.The benefits includes improving your body's ability to heal itself. It creates awareness and peace of mind as well as a relaxed body. It improves your body's strength. Other benefits include lowering your blood pressure as well as help with sleeping disorder, known as insomnia.
