I as so many others realized how vital it is to have a great functioning immune system. We may take our body's immune system for granted but when it is in a weakened condition we all wish we did something to improve. As this site is about natural health I thought it is good to be reminded what we can do to improve our immune systems. Our immune system is the difference between a healthy life and feeling extremely sick. Coping with aches we don't want. So let's see and remind ourselves what we can do to make sure our immunity is ready to fight any infections. Consider this post a check list to see where we can improve if needed. Get adequate rest.
That means at least six to eight hours every night.
Don't forget to add fruits and vegetables to your diet as it contains vital nutrients for healthy living.
Try to maintain a healthy weight.
Alcohol in moderation is fine. But please don't over it.
It is suggested if you smoke it is wise to stop.
Find healthy and alternative ways to cope with the tension and stress life throws at you. If you are very stressful your body's immunity is affected and puts you at risk of getting sick.
Stay hydrated. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily as it flushes the toxins out of the body.
Consider foods that is rich in vitamin C.
Exercise.
One of the ways to help you cope with stress
. Improve overall health. Plus so many other benefits. So add it to your list if you never considered it.
If you do get sick then rest is vital.
Take products that helps you recover.
