Feng Fu natural help for pain

What if I tell you that ice can help relieve pain.
Do you think it is possible? 
Or allow me to rephrase. Ice on the right place can relieve pain.

Pains like what?
Headaches, migraines, neck and shoulder pain (especially caused from tension)
Earaches, bleeding noses, eye pains. Spinal cord pains.

Natural treatment remedy to lift sagging breasts

For most women sagging breasts is a serious concern. Then starts the wondering if expensive procedures is the only solution. Not even mentioning the amounts of pain that goes with fixing it. But today I am sharing a home remedy that is effective in firming breasts. Giving it the perfect shape. Are you interesting in knowing what will work? This method will keep breasts firm, making them look perfect.

1 Vitamin E  tablet
1 table spoon pure honey
One egg white
And a bowl to mix the ingredients together

Start by taking the honey, egg white and the vitamin E tablet. Mixing it in the bowl. Making a paste to apply on the skin.  Now apply it on your breasts. Remember to massage your breasts for three to five minutes. Making sure the mixture is absorbed. 
After the mixture is absorbed you can wear a bra. Remember you will have to leave the mixture on for 30 to 40 minutes on your skin. 
After the time expired you can rinse your breasts with warm water.

If you do this daily  you should see a difference within 1 week.

 Extra tips
Always use fresh paste on skin. 
Never use left over mixture.

There isn't a real time limit to leave it on your skin.
You can use this mixture as many times as you want.

For women breastfeeding this recipe isn't advised.
Pregnant women shouldn't use this mixture either.

There is exercises to consider too.
If you want to make sure your breasts stay firm and in shape.
Unfortunately breasts doesn't have muscles that can be exercised to help breasts shape up.
But with some focus and commitment you should see results


Hod your arms high in the air. As if you want to reach and take something in the air.
Leave your arms in the air for a few seconds.
Do this about 15 times daily
You should see a difference in a short time.

Natural detox. Effective in weight loss.

I have found a detox recipe that is healthy in a few different ways
It is said that by drinking it, It may help you burn fat, boost metabolism, lower blood pressure lose weight  and fight diabetes .

With all that health benefits
Would we not consider it? Just a healthy drink that helps us detox

But what is detox?
It means detoxification.  It is the way our bodies naturally neutralize and eliminate toxins.
The body transforms the toxins to less harmful compounds and make sure it is removed from the body.

The recipe
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon raw honey
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 glass of water (12-16 oz.)

Mix all ingredients together and drink daily.

The benefits for all products is described as follows

Apple Cider Vinegar contains acetic acid which has been shown to lower blood pressure up to 6%. Which means it helps lower blood pressure.
Lemon juice helps balance blood sugar levels.Also it has an alkaline effect on your body helping to regulate  the ph. levels naturally.
Cinnamon is known as one of the best natural anti-oxidants.
So many health benefits to honey.

Relaxing bath time.

Bath time.
What is bath time? A time to clean.
But for most it is also the time we take for ourselves.
Me time as some would call it. Or quality me time..
The time we take to relax and rejuvenate our bodies.
To feel replenished.

So with that in mind. What to do to have a relaxing bath time?

Start with setting the mood. Maybe some scented candles? Or if that isn't your favorite way. then some some oils or bubble bath? Never have the water that is too hot. As it will dry your skin and we don't want that happening. Just a few degrees higher than body temperate is fine and ideal.

Some essential oils are great when you want to have a relaxing bath. To have a deeply relaxing bath. Look for products that contain sandalwood and chamomile. If you have aches and pains. Then rather use mineral salt blends that contains copper, zinc, and magnesium combined with eucalyptus, rosemary, or lavender oils. If you are prone to dryness, sugar-based soaks with milk or soy proteins will leave your skin soft. 

But the afterwards is just as important as the bath itself. Don't forget to use your favourite lotion afterwards. As it is the best time to use lotions and creams. Your skin is damp and will accept help with moisturising. 

Now after you are done. You do feel great and it was time well spent. On you.

Marble effect on nails.

I like the idea of doing something more with nails.
One colour is nice.
But doing more.
Now that can be great.

The best part of it.
You don't need to be an expert to be able to do it.
Two colors of your preferred nail polish and plastic wrap.
Also it advised to use clear coat polish.

How to
Cut 10 small pieces plastic wrap (one for each of your nails).
Paint your nails the base colour. (first colour)
Let it dry completely.
Add a coat of the second colour.
While it is still wet.
Immediately after applying the second coat use the plastic and blot/touch the nail once or twice with the plastic   .
(Each time the wrap touches the polish it will lift some polish.)
Taking some of the polish off.
Leave to dry completely!
You can use a clear nail polish to make it look smoother.
That creates the marble look.

It is suggested to use clear nail polish after it is dry as it wont be smooth
Also ensuring the nails stay perfect

Skill level required

Removing glitter nail polish easily.

If you use glitter or anything on your nails.
I have found an amazing tip.
As I myself love doing or using nail art.

It is very effective in removing glitter nail polish.
Wish I had known sooner.
But as I have found I am sharing it also.
So it will help me and others too.

How to
All that is needed is some tin foil to wrap around nails and fingers
And some cotton soaked in nail polish remover.
Soak the cotton in nail polish remover and wrap foil around as shown in the image.
Then wait about 15 minutes.
Nails will be easy to remove and clean.

Cut a peach into slices and rub it all over your face.

After a busy day, most of us long to just sit back and relax
Our feet are tired.
So how can we revitalize our feet?
Here I will mention a "do it yourself" at home method
Yes you don't have to go somewhere

Have a spray bottle filled with chilled water and a small amount of peppermint oil.
To revitalize and refresh your feet.
Just spray some on your feet and feel it work.

It is also a good idea to have a cool cold drink can and roll it under your feet
For about ten minutes.
The massage and kneading effect will help also.
Its good for the health of your feet.
That way your feet will feel refreshed and also revitalized at the same time.
Most of all. You have done it yourself.

Dark circles under eyes fix

What to do when you have dark circles. We look tired and it ages us. So what can we do when we have to deal with it.  Here is a few quick fixes for it. No one likes it. We all want to get rid of it fast and effectively.

First option is cold cucumber slices on your eyes. Keep it on your eyes for 10 to 15 minutes a day. If you can. Just relax and let it work wonders. 

Use two spoons in the fridge and place it on the puffiness on your eyes for about 1 minute.
Place some cold tea bags on your eyes for about 10 minutes.
Also can use hemorrhoid cream is also good. But as witch hazel is the main ingredient in it. I think it is safer to take two cotton balls and soak it in witch hazel. It is safe to use close to your eyes. And that is important.
But the most important thing is rest. As lack of sleep is the cause of the baggy eyes

Fixing bad hair dye problem

So you bought the hair dye. Saw yourself in the your mind already.

And ohh you look great. Feel it too.
So you get home and you start. But the end result?
Ohh what happened. Yes it happens to many of us.
Dare I say our best kept secrets?

What ever you do now. Don't go for bleach. Bleaching will damage your hair. And it will remove only some strands of colour. So think how that will look.Yes, it may look even worse. 

If your colour turned out to be to dark. Please note that a lighter colour over it wont help at all.
Buying another dye just wont work
Immediately wash your hair several times.
Condition really well

You can try clarifying shampoo. but it will dry out the hair and fade the colour.
also you can try hair colour remover products. It is milder than bleach and will not affect the hair base colour.
Hope treatment will be be dish washing liquid and baking soda to remove hair colour fast, but its not the healthiest option for your hair. As it strips hair of all natural oils.
After lifting the colour don't forget to hydrate your hair. With a hair mask that replenish moisture that was lost in the process 

Always a good idea to go to a professional and find advice. They know what they are doing.

First I advice to test a colour you don't know. Or never used. It may cause a reaction on your scalp. Be safe. Do the strand test. Keep in mind the colour you have against what you want.
Better to be cautious than to wonder how your hair came out this way. There is always advice given on how your hair may look. Also what colour it is suitable for.

Taking care of your skin

Many of us don't have the time to start an intensive beauty skin care treatment. We are so busy focusing on our own lives. On all other aspects of it, that we forget to take of us too.
So here is a short list of everyday things to help us take care of our skin.

 Protect your skin from too much sunlight. Exposure to sunlight not only can cause skin cancer but also affects blotchy skin, wrinkles and damage caused by sunlight. Try to avoid being in the sun between 10am and 4pm. That is the time the sun does most damage to your skin. Wear clothing that is protecting you against the sun. Like a long sleeved shirt. trousers, hat. Use sunscreen protection. Apply it 20 minutes before going into sunlight.

Don't smoke. Its just not good for your skin. It is proven in research that smoking alone causes your skin to age. Smoking reduces the elasticity of the skin. How? It promote the breakdown of collagen and the amount of collagen that is reduced is less and smaller amounts. What is collagen and how does it affect your skin? Collagen is a protein that strengthens your skin, but degrades with age, which leads to wrinkles. 

Alcohol is another thing to watch. It makes your skin dehydrated and will make you look tired and old. So if you do drink alcohol, drink plenty of water. But please stay within a good limit.

Cleansing your skin. Please don't say you are too tired and just go to sleep with make up on. It removes all dirt and bacteria on your skin. Use warm water. Not too hot. Hot water strips your skin of its own oils. And then remember to use a moisturizer.

Moisturizing your skin is important because it protects your skin from all types of weather. Also it helps maintain your skin's own moisture levels. It doesn't have to be expensive. But please do take care to use one that is for your skin type. Oily skin doesn't need too much moisture. Dry skin does need it. Using it wrong will only cause what I call angry skin. A response no one likes.

Then comes sleep. Nothing worse than waking up looking tired and older. Or having baggy and tired eyes. Also it can make you depressed and irritable. So best to try and have 8 hours of sleep. That is the time your body use to repair itself.

Exercise is good as it reduce stress and increase oxygen that circulates in your body, that helps your skin to be healthy and vibrant.

Taking care of our feet

Our feet. 
How important are they? 
They take us anywhere we have to go. We need them all our lives. Yet in our busy lives most of the time we don't think about how important our feet are. 
How much we need them. So isn't it good to start by taking care of them?

Pregnancy, aging and being a diabetic all affect your feet.
You don't need expensive spa treatments to take care of your feet. Just take a few minutes every day on taking care of them. 

Make sure to wash them regularly and carefully. Dry your feet completely Especially if you are diabetic. If you like soaking your feet, leave the Epsom salts as they don't offer any benefit. Take the time to moisturize. Cheaper lotions and creams are fine.

Your feet should never hurt. Take it into consideration when buying shoes. Also a good idea to alternate heel heights regularly. Keep in mind to limit shoes that lack supportive arches.

With that in mind. A few minutes a day can make our feet also feel good. And hopefully we can enjoy life without troubled aches and pains caused by our fee
