The power of sound. Improving life for everyone

Do you believe that sound has the ability to soothe our tired bodies or heal it in some way? Think of soothing sounds when you want to sleep. It is surprising how many people download apps to help them sleep. So that is also a confirmation of sounds affecting us. But some sounds can actually help us to focus. Binaural beats can make a considerable difference. Depending on the result you want off course. Consider Gamma, Delta, Theta Beta or Alpha waves. To name a few.


Beta waves
Beta waves aims to help stimulate your energy. It helps you to stimulate your thinking abilities. Whether it be logical, analytical or intellectual.

Delta waves
Delta waves works while you are sleeping. While you are in a deep sleep it helps you heal.  It helps you  to heal and help your personal growth while sleeping. While becoming more aware of your inner person. The person you are meant to be. At the core of your essence. As it also helps you gain divine knowledge.  

Theta waves
Theta waves works on your subconscious mind. It is mostly active when meditating or while you dream. It stirs the creativity, intuition and spiritual awareness within you. Helping you release, express.  

Alpha waves
Alpha waves is mostly effective when you want to decrease your stress levels. Or if you have been sad or depressed it helps lift your mood. It works with both your conscious and subconscious mind. But it is also used hen you want to learn and remember the information you just studied. So students will benefit from listening to Alpha waves while studying.  

Gamma waves
High level processing of information. Easily recall information to memory. It is said that the whole brain is linked as one and the person will experience the feeling of being blessed. In one word it can be said it combines. Because the whole brain as linked as one it is said to improve mental and physical performance. 


Then there is other types of frequencies that you can consider for your health. Or emotional well being. or if you want to help your body unwind. It is fascinating what sounds can do to your well being.
