Lose inches on your waistline by using this home made syrup

This home made syrup will help to reduce stomach fat effectively.


Ingredients
125 gram horseradish
2 cm ginger
Juice of 4 lemons
3 tablespoons honey
2 table spoons cinnamon

Method
Start by putting the horseradish and ginger in a blender and minx. After they have mixed well ass the lemon juice. Now mix again for 3 minutes.
Now add the cinnamon and the honey to the mixture. It should look like a syrup. Place in a jar.

How to use.
Use one teaspoon twice daily before exercising or before taking meals.
Use for three weeks, then have a three week break from taking any syrup.

Horseradish has many health benefits
Cleanses the body, helps improve metabolism, helps in reduction of fatigue. It also helps to create the good bacteria our bodies needs.
Also has dietary fiber, minerals and vitamins. Lots of antioxidants and also other essential minerals.
