Simple and easy beauty tricks that makes a difference

We all want to try and do our best to look good. But some simple beauty hacks makes all the difference. For some it may be a reminder. So see if you know about it.


Remember to have a daily routine of cleansing, toning and moisturising your skin in the morning and at night.
Never go to bed with make up on. It is important that your skin breath while you sleep. It naturally heals itself in that time period. While you are sleeping your skin heals itself. Now with make up on. How would that be effective?
To make your skin feel fresh it is a great idea to refrigerate your facial scrub or mask. Just 15 minutes is enough.

Dark circles can be removed by cutting a raw potato in slices. Place on eyes and relax.
When we take the juice of a grated potato and apply it on skin, it will brighten and lighten our skin tone. Remember to leave it for 30 minutes.
Remember to use a sun protection lotion of at least 30 to protect your skin from the sun's harmful rays. Not only is it dangerous. But it is also promotes aging skin.

Use a soap that is mild instead of harsh soaps as it affects the skin's natural ph levels.
When mixing oatmeal with warm water and using it as a facial mask. It will tighten the skin and also has a soothing effect on skin. Remember to leave on for 20 minutes.
You can add some plain yogurt or honey for radiant skin to your oatmeal mixture.
For pearly white teeth you can mash a few strawberries and rub it on teeth. 
Remember when washing hair it is important to use luke warm water. Never use hot water as it strips the hair of natural oils that is meant to protect hair and scalp.

Best time to apply lotion is just after shower or bath. It locks the moisture in the skin.
Exfoliating once a week helps to remove dead skin cells and reveal a more radiant skin.
If you want soft lips apply Vaseline and massage lips with tooth brush. 
Just after a shower is the best time to shave that way you avoid nicks and cuts.
When you use ice cubes on your face. Just before applying make up. Your make up will last longer.
To reduce hair fall add zinc, biotin and iron supplements to your diet.

When you apply egg white on your face. It will have a tightening effect on skin and also shrink facial pores. Leave on for 15 minutes.
It is always a good idea to rub elbows with sliced lemons to get rid of tan or darker skin colour.
Fr inflamed pimples you can apply eye drops on the affected area. Pimple will be reduced and inflammation will clear up .

I know this is said lots all over the internet. But try to drink 2 litres of water daily. It really is a major secret in natural beauty. It is effective in weight loss. Cleanse the body from inside. Help your organs to function better. Your kidneys. Helps your skin looks younger and more radiant. Think of it as moisturising skin from the inside out. Now as you apply moisturiser on skin. Water does the same from within where it matters just as much. Take a glass every hour. Don't have to try and drink it all at once. But through the day. Preferably first glass on an empty stomach when you wake up. Flushes out all the toxins.
