If your goal is to reach the top. You have to make the decision to reach that goal. If your goal is to lose weight. It will mean you have to make the effort. Regardless of what ever your goals are. The basic principles will always stay the same. You will be surprised what making the commitment to reach the top can do to your life. Be serious and dont mess around with your goals. Be the best that you can be.

What is stopping you from reaching your goal?
What exactly is holding you back? Is it a skill that you don't have? An action or even a quality that you don't possess? Find the answer what is keeping you where you are. It will take honest deep thinking to find the answer. Don't be nervous to rediscover yourself.

Be kind to yourself
This one is very critical. No one can hurt you as much as your inner dialogue. What you say and think to yourself about you really matters. So you have to start by saying I love what I do.
