Bladder infections UTI Treat effectively at home with home remedy

Bladder infection also known as urinary tract infection (UTI) is a painful condition with frequent urination. It can even cause abdominal pain. So many suffer from it worldwide. Is it possible to avoid it? What can you use that actually works for it? Do you suffer from it? Or know of someone that keeps having this uncomfortable situation? Yes there is a solution and yes you can treat it with home remedies.

Do's and Don'ts
Avoid coffee and soda as it can actually irritate your bladder condition making it worse.
Also avoid tight fitting clothes. As it causes moisture which in turn becomes a breeding ground for bacteria. For best results wear cotton underwear and loose fitting clothes that helps to promote air circulation.

Drinking Water
It is good to drink lots of water to avoid and eliminate the bacteria that causes urinary tract infection. Water is effective as it helps to flush out the bacteria that causes the infection. So with water comes frequent urination So drink water I know it is the last thing you want to know about as it causes pains and very uncomfortable feelings. But the bacteria needs to be eliminated and that is one of the most effective ways.

Heating pads
Heating pads helps dull the pain that is associated with bladder infections. If you can not buy a heating pad. You can take a towel and place it in warm water. Place it on your abdomen. Please do not burn yourself. Don't use hot water when making a home made compress. The idea is to have the towel warm and moist. Not hot

Cranberry juice.
Cranberry juice is known as a natural remedy to treat and even avoid urinary tract infection. Personally I always make sure there is always cranberry capsules available as it is more effective. Why is it effective? Because cranberry has an active ingredient that prevents bacteria from adhering to the walls of the bladder It is effective not only for treating urinary tract infection. But also if you want to prevent future urinary tract infections. I hope this article helped you.
