It is very natural to want to lose weight as fast as possible. Quick quick gone. 
But all the evidence show that it may fail. 
Losing weight more gradually and steadily is a more successful way of losing weight. One to two pounds per week. 
Losing weight isn't about the next diet. No. But it is about changing your life style to a more healthy life style.


You heard it many times. Cut carbohydrates sugar and starch. Leave oil and change to a healthier oil. Cut sweets and snacks while changing to fruit and healthier snacks. Keep to smaller portions but don't try starving yourself. Your body remembers. Weight will not be kept down as your body will try saving all energy. Some call it starvation mode and weight loss will stop. Drink at least 2 liters of water as it helps with weight loss. Exercise as it boosts metabolism rate which burns fat. These are just a few basics but it is effective in weight loss.

Then there is advice like start the day with a glass of water with a spoonful of lemon juice. Others will suggest using apple cider vinegar. Both methods works for weight loss. There is so many ways and methods that will assist with weight loss. Products tablets advice and more.
