Soaking with Epsom salt
Ingredients
Large bowl.
Warm water
Half (1/2) cup Epsom salt
Method
Start by filling the bow with warm water. Add the Epsom salt into the water. Stir to help it dissolve. Leave your aching joints in the water. If you suffer from aches on a place where you cant immerse in water. Consider taking a bath with Epsom salt. But then you need 2 cups of Epsom salt. Need to stay in water for at least 15 minutes.
Epsom salt contains magnesium which is effective in relieving pains. Which is why Epsom salt is effective in the relief if pains as it has high Magnesium levels. Our bodies need magnesium but it cant produce it. So we have to look at other ways to get it. It helps to stiffness and pains which is why it is effective in the treatment of arthritis and joint pains. So consider eating food high in magnesium (like spinach, nuts and beans) or consider a supplement.
