Pampering your tired feet

After a busy day, most of us long to just sit back and relax
Our feet are tired.
So how can we revitalize our feet?
Here I will mention a "do it yourself" at home method
Yes you don't have to go somewhere

Have a spray bottle filled with chilled water and a small amount of peppermint oil.
To revitalize and refresh your feet.
Just spray some on your feet and feel it work.


It is also a good idea to have a cool cold drink can and roll it under your feet
For about ten minutes.
The massage and kneading effect will help also.
Its good for the health of your feet.
That way your feet will feel refreshed and also revitalized at the same time.
