I have found a detox recipe that is healthy in a few different ways
It is said that by drinking it, It may help you burn fat, boost metabolism, lower blood pressure lose weight and fight diabetes .
With all that health benefits
Would we not consider it? Just a healthy drink that helps us detox
But what is detox?
It means detoxification. It is the way our bodies naturally neutralize and eliminate toxins.
The body transforms the toxins to less harmful compounds and make sure it is removed from the body.
The recipe
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon raw honey
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 glass of water (12-16 oz.)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and drink daily.
