Age defying habits that is effective

Ageing. Many spend hours on trying to defy ageing. Many resort to cosmetic surgery. Beauty creams that claim to keep skin firm and young. Many of them are really good products. But always remember that your life style does affect how you will age. So with that in mind I am sharing a few tips that will help you look young and feel young too.



Watch your diet.
Now is the time to start eating right. No matter what age group you are. Food that is high in calories and is very rich in preservatives isn't really good for your body. Leave the junk food and fatty foods. Rather enjoy healthy and nutritious leafy green vegetables. Enjoy more fruit. Feel free to do research on what a healthy diet is. Or get professional help.

Proper sleep
When your body doesn't get enough sleep, your immune system gets weak. Your organs gets affected. Your stress levels rise and you become sluggish.  Make sure that you get the right amount of sleep and if possible try going to sleep at a certain time. Every night the same time. That way you will look radiant and younger.

Using sunscreen
Avoid too much sun exposure. Wrinkles may be the result of too much sunlight. Spend less time outdoors in the direct sunlight. Use sunglasses and always use sunscreen. (But always remember that about 30 minutes of sunlight is good for the skin. Because our bodies need Vitamin D. Lack of Vitamin D may cause tiredness and other serious health issues. But always stay out of sunlight when the sun is at its warmest)

Keeping your mind active
Never forget about your mental health. It is just as important as your physical appearance. Read books. Learn new hobbies. Don't stop learning. Remember to have close relationships with family and friends. It will help you maintain balance in your life.
