Strengthen bones with this home made drink

We all need to have  strong bones. Iron plays a very vital part in our lives.
With that in mind I am sharing a drink recipe that does just that. 


Ingredients.
 ¼ Banana
 ¼ Pineapple
1 Apple
200 gram natural yoghurt (vegan or soya)
 ½ Teaspoon spirulina 

Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

Health benefits.
As I mentioned Iron is very important. But also one of the most common deficiencies.
Iron is good for hair and nails.  Helps with concentration. But most know that it is great help for teeth and bones.



So consider this as a health way to help boost your iron intake.
