The skin is known as the largest organ of the body. We know that some foods help us to feel good. But do you know that some  type of foods help  to improve outward appearance also?
Yes some foods can make you look great. Not only are these foods healthy. But its also delicious.



Water.
Most of us know how good water is for the skin. It improves skin elasticity. Get rid of toxins. Moisturise.  To improve the effect of water on the skin. Feel free to add lemon to detox 

Green tea
Great well being can be achieved with green tea. But after new studies it was discovered that green tea protects the skin from the sun's harmful rays.  So it is a extra protection against the sun. 

Coconut oil
Using coconut oil will help prevent flare ups. Will help to improve clear skin. Moisturise but also it is a great anti inflammatory and antibacterial product. So consider using coconut oil for slowing down the ageing process.

Dark chocolate.
Skin's appearance can easily tell of ageing skin. The sun's harmful rays ages skin quickly. But  eating dark chocolate the skin is protected against the harmful exposure of ultraviolet radiation.
Now you have a reason to eat chocolate and know it is good for you.

Walnuts
It boosts the collagen production of the skin. In the process helping give 
radiant and youthful appearance It is rich in omega 3 and protein.

Tomatoes
Tomatoes is known to be a very powerful antioxidant.Rich in selenium and lycopene. Both  of these items can be found in tomatoes. Eliminating damage caused by free radicals. Protecting the skin and also our bodies from age spots, sun damage and also. Very important skin cancer.
