Depending on the nail enamel you use.
It can be the colour of your choice with a clear but glitter nail enamel for the top coat.
It is easy, yet elegant.
Whether you apply it all over the complete nail.
Or just a portion of it.
Method
Use the bottom coat of the colour you want to use as .
When the first coat is dry.
Apply a second coat of the same colour.
Now when that is dry.
Use the glitter nail enamel you prefer.
Let it dry.
And there is a nice effect on your nails.
