How many know how good it is to have lemon with water daily? Are you one of the millions of people who drink it? But today I want to share with you some of the benefits of drinking lemon with water. As it has more benefits than just kick starting your body to flush toxins and make you alert.


It reduces inflammation
Drinking lemon water on a regular basis will help decrease your body's acidity.Helping to remove uric acid in your joints. Which causes inflammation in most cases.

Helps to aids digestion.
Lemon juice encourages healthy digestion as it loosens toxins but also helps to relieve indigestion examples such as bloating burping and heartburn.

Helps in weight loss.
Lemons helps to fight hunger pangs as it contains pectin fibre.

Helps in keeping your skin blemish free
As some may know lemons contains antioxidants. That means it can decrease blemishes. As well as keep your skin free from wrinkles. It helps in the reduction of age spots. Because it detoxifies your blood. So your skin looks radiant.

How much to use
If you weigh 150 pounds or less. Only half a squeezed lemon is needed. If you weigh more then you can have a full lemon. In a glass and add water to your taste and liking.
