Get rid of dark circles naturally

Have you ever looked in the mirror and all you see is dark circles?
It gives an appearance of being tired and can even age us.
So today I want to share a natural way to get rid of dark circles.
It is high in antioxidants and flavonoids.



All you need is just a few mint leaves.
Crush them or use a blender to make sure they are fine enough.
You can add almond oil or olive oil.
Just a few drops.
Leave on for 30 minutes.
Try to just relax in that time.
Put some relaxing music on and just enjoy that time.

After 30 minutes wash your face and dry gently.
Apply your favorite moisturizer.

But remember making the correct changes to live healthier is much better than any remedy.

Try to get 8 hours of sleep. Drink 2 to 3 liters of water. (It clears the skin and flushes all toxins)
Don't drink too much and if you smoke consider leaving that.  Eat a healthier life style.
